Use of this site

This website is provided by Black Pearl Studio for the purpose of showcasing our work and services and allowing prospective clients to make contact. Content on this site, including photography, design work and written material, is the property of Black Pearl Studio unless otherwise credited, and may not be reproduced without permission.

Project engagements

Services described on this site — web design and development, branding and graphic design, digital marketing, photography and videography — are subject to a separate written agreement or quote for each project, covering scope, timeline, price and payment terms. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer for a specific project.

Store orders

Personalised print products shown in our store are ordered through the customiser on this site, which collects your photos, chosen options and contact details and submits them to the studio as an order request. Submitting an order is not a binding purchase and no payment is taken on this site — the studio confirms final pricing, availability and turnaround with you directly, and payment is arranged separately (invoice, bank transfer, or in person on collection).

Liability

While we take care to keep this site accurate, we make no warranty that it is free of errors or omissions, and are not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of content published here.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.
