Privacy policy

What we collect

When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect the information you provide: name, email address, phone number (if given), service of interest, budget range, and the content of your message.

When you place a store order through the customiser (photo books, live photo books, mugs, t-shirts or frames), we additionally collect the photos you upload, the options you select, your delivery address if you choose delivery, and the content of any notes you add. We do not collect payment information through this site — store orders are confirmed and invoiced by the studio directly, no payment is taken at checkout.

How we use it

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry or order and, if you become a client, to deliver the project or product you've engaged us for. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

How we store it

Enquiry submissions are sent to a studio email address via our contact form provider. Store orders, including uploaded photos, are stored in a Supabase database and file storage on our behalf, and are only accessible to the studio. We retain enquiry and order records, including uploaded photos, only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you or complete a project.

Cookies and analytics

This site may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how it's used, without tracking individuals across other sites. No advertising cookies are set by this site.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by contacting hello@blackpearlstudio.qa.
